Visit to Krazy Kaplans Indiana

On a recent visit to the states shortly after the 4th of July I came across billboard after billboard advertising Krazy Kaplans Fireworks. I was driving from Indiana up to Chicago Illinois. It is legal to sell fireworks in Indiana, but illegal in Illinois. However, dotted all over the state line between the two states are massive firework outlet after massive firework outlet. My interest in fireworks led me to stop at several of them. Restricted by heavey legistlation here in the UK we are forced to stock limited powder weight in our Bristol based shop. When you walk in all our firework displays are behind glass as if they are precisous gems. Well walking into Krazy Kaplans was like walking into a Sainsbury’s full of fireworks. It was amazing! Large grocery store shelving full row after row with fireworks. Just there for the taking! You get a shopping trolley when you enter the warehouse and go through the isles picking up your roman candles, single ignitions, catherine wheels and rockets just as if it were a saturday shop. No forms to fill out, not sales person to go to “the back” to get your fireworks. Just hands on, family day out shopping for magnificent sky filling evening entertainment.  Brilliant! www.superstarsfireworks.co.uk
